Thank you for applying to be a vendor on the Farm Tour!
All vendors will be required to pay a fee for a booth during Farm Tour, in past years we’ve been able to offer this service free of charge for vendors but unfortunaley due to increased costs of putting on the Farm Tour we are needing to implement vendor fees. For 2019 the county has increased our permit costs 6X over normal due to the fact the farm tour has grown so much. Which is a good thing for everyone, we’ve tried to make the fees fair and reasonable compared to other event fees in western washington and relative to potential revenue for vendors. Also we’d like you to keep in mind the farm tour benefits the community in many ways by bringing 1000s of people from 50+ zipcodes to the peninsula helping to support local business as well as promote local farms. Your fees also incude advertising on our website, facebook and brochures printed for the event.
The fee covers both days if you wish to participate both days:– Day 1 will place vendors and food trucks at farm sites.– Day 2 will provide space at the Apple Squeeze event located at Volunteer Park.
Food Trucks: There will be limited space at the Apple Squeeze due to a non-compete agreement with the onsite food establishment. Foods that do not directly compete may be allowed so we encourage you to apply. If you have questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
