2026 KP Farm Tour Poster Art Contest

Join us in celebrating the 20 year anniversary of the KP Farm tour. Food, flowers, fiber and flocks from the farmers you love! Plus, our community hubs and camps bring vital resources and gathering spaces to our rural community here on the KP. Let’s dream together what the next 20 years will bring!
Calling all artists of all ages and abilities to help create a Poster to reflect the Farm Tour spirit on the Key Peninsula. This year’s theme seems to be emerging as ‘Community Sufficiency’. Learning self-sufficiency skills in agriculture, homesteading, farming and rural life is the foundation but what sustains us is coming together to share, learn and grow.
Create an original artwork that reflects the farm tour spirit and it will be used throughout the 2026 year promoting the Farm Tour. Try to imagine your design used in various ways for branding recognition like a social media profile picture, on merch (tote bags and t-shirts) and posters reflecting the farm tour spirit. The winning design will receive high praise and community recognition through: posters, merch, social media and other promotional materials.
The Winner will recieve:
A gratitude basket with local fare as a way to say thank you for contributing to this community event:
- Moon Mountain Farm (www.moonmtnfarm.com)- $200 gift certificate to be used on workshops, flowers,farm store and farmers market weekly availability
- Devoted Kiss Cafe (https://www.devotedkisscafe.com)- $100 gift card. Check back in May to celebrate the expansion of one of our favorite Harbor eateries.
- And a few other gathered contributions as a surprise…
- Recognition and credit for your artwork across all platforms
- Wearing the badge of honor as the 1st annual KP Farm Tour poster contest winner.
Design Criteria: *all artwork must be original- no ai or clipart can be used in or to create your art.
- The following text must be included: ‘Key Peninsula Farm Tour’, ‘2026’, ‘20th Anniversary’. Does not have to be on the same line but incorporated into the artwork.
- You may include your name in the design should you choose but please keep it small and blend into the bottom right hand corner of the artwork. Your name will also be included in other dignified acknowledgements.
Submission Format:
- Submissions need to be in .jpg or .png format and less than 3MB
- You may submit up to two designs for consideration.
Winner Format:
- Digital Format: 300 dpi Vector File (.ai .eps .pdf or .svg)
- Hand rendered art: 300-600dpi scan in .pdf (your art file should fill an 8.5” x11” paper).
- If selected the original artwork might need to be scanned for printing purposes. And if used on printed merch may need to be edited to 4 colors or less.
Design Restrictions:
- Do NOT use photos, stock images, clip art or ai generated art/content. We really want to uplift human created artwork and absolutely no ai or using ai generated clip art.
- DO NOT submit copyrighted work.
- DO NOT include graphic/offensive art or images, all works must be farm and family friendly.
